As a Senior Designer at INDUSTRY, you will take a leading role in driving creative vision and execution across projects. Your expertise in communication design and content development—including brand and graphic design, motion design, production, and visual design—will be pivotal in shaping internal and client-facing initiatives. You will lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and ensure the highest quality outcomes, while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance global and consumer trends with innovative design solutions that meet client objectives. As a senior-level designer, you will contribute to the evolution of our design processes and actively shape the agency's creative identity.

This is an exempt full-time position based in Portland, Oregon – as of 2026 the Senior Designer will report directly to the Design Director, while working collaboratively with all internal team members.

The Human Resources Generalist at INDUSTRY is a people focused, approachable and organized HR professional who can build strong relationships, manage day-to-day HR needs, and help continuously improve the employee experience. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for overseeing a range of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, and administrative HR work. The Human Resources Generalist works closely with leadership, managers and employees to ensure proper support across every aspect of the employee life cycle.

This is an exempt full-time (40 hours per week) position onsite based in Portland, Oregon – as of 2026 the Human Resource Generalist will report directly to the Founding Partner + Managing Director.
