This is an exempt full-time in person position based in Portland, Oregon.

As a Senior Brand and Communication Designer at INDUSTRY, you will take a leading role in driving creative vision and execution across projects. Your expertise in communication design and content development—including brand and graphic design, motion design, production, and visual design—will be pivotal in shaping internal and client-facing initiatives. You will lead design teams, mentor junior designers, and ensure the highest quality outcomes, while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance global and consumer trends with innovative design solutions that meet client objectives. This is an exempt full-time in person position based in Portland, Oregon.
