Baller League

A Brand New Ball Game

From unheard of to unforgettable: We gave every team in the brand-new Baller League US a name, crest and Nike kit built to match the personalities running the show.

Baller League’s fast-paced mix of six-a-side soccer, entertainment and creator culture was coming from Europe to the United States, with only weeks until kickoff. Every team needed an identity as distinct as its celebrity manager while still feeling part of one league and looking unmistakably unique on the pitch.

We created an overarching graphic direction that made the league feel unified without making its teams feel uniform. We met with every manager to turn their personalities and preferences into team names, mood boards, colors, graphics and crest ideas. From there, we developed three identity and kit directions for each team, building distinct names, looks and palettes that made sure the only clashes on the pitch came from play—not color. Once each manager chose their direction, we finalized every identity and delivered production-ready kit schematics to Nike for manufacturing.
